Unemployment Insurance

Unemployment Insurance provides temporary financial assistance to qualified individuals who meet eligibility requirements of State law.  There are certain basic requirements for receiving unemployment benefits in North Carolina. In order to be eligible you must have been employed.  In addition, you must be unemployed through no fault of your own as defined under North Carolina law,  and you are required to file ongoing claims seeking employment and responding to questions regarding continued eligibility.  If you are individual who feels that you have been wrongfully denied these benefits, please contact me to assist you in appealing that decision.
